The Museum of the Rockies is one of Bozeman’s most well-known indoor attractions. Home to the world’s largest T-Rex skull, a full planetarium, a nationally-recognized dinosaur exhibit, and rotating showcases, the Museum of the Rockies is a fun experience for the whole family.

The campground is perfectly placed for an easy day trip to Yellowstone. Once there you can explore a world of geysers, hot springs, and a wildlife preserve unmatched anywhere in the world.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful, scenic hiking areas in the nation. Only 20 minutes away from Big Sky, 15 minutes from Hyalite canyon, and 30 minutes from Paradise Valley, there are hikes for all skill levels all over the place.

Bozeman is home to a couple of incredible golf courses, all within driving distance of the campground. Try out Cottonwood Hills or Bridger Creek to up your golf game!

As the movie A River Runs Through It depicted, we are home to some of the best fly fishing in the world. The Gallatin River is just 5 minutes away and the Madison River only 20 minutes away.

Soar over the trees and across the Gallatin River on a zip line with Yellowstone Zipline and Canopy Tours.

There are several horseback riding and white water rafting outfitters located in the area. Several companies have joined together to provide a saddle/paddle package so you can enjoy the best of both adventures.

Named by Theodore Roosevelt, the caverns offer a unique look at natures underground beauty. Located about an hour from Bozeman, the park offers guided tours May 1 through September 30.
